These terms govern your use of Funl, operated by Milgrom Marketing in Ontario, Canada. By subscribing to Funl, you agree to these terms.

Subscription

Funl is billed month-to-month starting at $97/mo or annually at $997/yr. Cancel any time — no long-term contracts. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee window.

Money-back guarantee

30-day money-back guarantee on your platform fee. Usage charges (SMS, calls, email, and AI) are billed as consumed and are non-refundable. Request a refund within 30 days of your first platform payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Funl to send unsolicited messages, violate anti-spam laws (CASL, CAN-SPAM, TCPA), or infringe third-party rights.

Underlying platform

Funl is Milgrom Marketing's white-labelled edition of HighLevel. Platform uptime and features are provided in partnership with HighLevel LLC.
